Unlocked Votes: Open Votes you are eligible for and have not voted in yet
Locked Votes: Votes that you are not eligible for. i.e. you don't have enough POCs or the right type of POCs.
Previous Votes: You have already voted
Upcoming Votes: Votes which are not opened for voting yet.
Once you have participated in a vote, the vote will move to the bottom of the list and the next vote will come to the top.
